Session identifier: A random, non-advertising UUID used for gameplay, progression, leaderboards, purchase verification, analytics, and abuse prevention.
Usage data: App opens, screen views, game starts and completions, feature interactions, Pro offer views, and purchase outcomes.
Device and technical data: Device type, operating system or browser version, IP address in standard server logs, and diagnostic information.
Advertising data (mobile): Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data handled by Google AdMob according to your consent and device settings.
Push notification data: An Expo push token linked to the random Sportsdle session UUID when you opt in.
Cookies and local storage: Preferences, gameplay, consent choices, and basic website analytics.

2. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob: Displays and measures mobile advertising and may process device, advertising, and usage data.
RevenueCat, Apple, and Google: Process purchases and verify Sportsdle Pro entitlements. RevenueCat receives the random Sportsdle UUID, product and transaction status, storefront, and purchase or expiration information.
Expo: Delivers push notifications to users who opt in.
Vercel and infrastructure providers: Host our services and generate standard security, performance, and access logs.

Sportsdle does not use an email address or advertising identifier as the RevenueCat App User ID.

3. How We Use Information

Provide games, leaderboards, statistics, and challenge functionality.
Synchronize quests, Tickets, season progress, rewards, and cosmetic inventory.
Verify, restore, and support paid Sportsdle Pro entitlements.
Send opted-in game, streak, quest, leaderboard, and challenge notifications.
Serve and measure mobile advertising.
Understand feature usage and improve reliability and user experience.
Prevent fraud, duplicate rewards, cheating, and abuse.

4. Storage and Analytics

On device: Most preferences, gameplay history, statistics, and the selected username are stored locally.
Sportsdle backend: Leaderboard submissions, limited product analytics, progression events, Ticket transactions, quest and season claims, inventory, push tokens, and server-verified Pro status are stored by our backend.
Product analytics: Event properties may contain sport, game mode, plan type, app version, and platform. They do not contain guessed player names, email addresses, or advertising identifiers.
No password account required: Mobile gameplay does not require an email address or password account.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose data to:

Service providers that operate advertising, billing, purchase verification, notifications, hosting, and infrastructure.
Authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect Sportsdle and its users.
A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the service.

6. Leaderboard Consent

We ask for consent before uploading your username and game results to a public leaderboard.
You can continue playing without joining the leaderboard.
You may request deletion of previously submitted leaderboard data.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Access or deletion: Contact us to request information about or deletion of data associated with your username or Sportsdle session.
Notifications: Disable notifications in Sportsdle or your device settings.
Advertising: Change consent and tracking choices through the app and device settings.
Purchases: Restore purchases in Sportsdle and manage subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Local data: Clear app or browser storage, or uninstall the application.

8. Children's Privacy

Sportsdle is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

9. Security, Retention, and Transfers

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Local data remains until you clear it or uninstall the application.
Backend data is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide progression, purchases, support, security, analytics, and legal compliance.
Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.
