• Unlimited practice modes
• Leaderboard functionality
• Game statistics and progress tracking

3. User Accounts

You may choose a username to participate in leaderboards. Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate others, or violate any rights. We reserve the right to remove or modify usernames that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the service
• Use automated tools or bots to play the games
• Manipulate leaderboards or game statistics
• Impersonate other users or submit false information
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the service, including game design, graphics, text, and code, is owned by Sportsdle or our licensors. League player data, team names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Sportsdle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NHL, NFL, MLB, UFC, Formula 1, or any other league represented on the platform.

6. Leaderboards

Leaderboard submissions are identified by your username and session ID. We reserve the right to remove fraudulent or suspicious leaderboard entries.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect accuracy of all information.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Sportsdle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service or any features at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or abuse other users.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
