How does the Washington Capitals 84-0 work?

Every spin lands on one Washington Capitals season from 1974-75 to today. You draft one name from that roster into an open spot (left wing, centre, right wing, two defence, one goalie), six times, then your all-time Capitals play an 84-game season against the 32 teams of 2025-26.

Every day you get one free franchise or era lineup, plus three classic 84-0 lineups (four with a free account) and the Daily 84-0. Pro unlocks unlimited franchise drafts, two season skips per draft and your full season history.

Can the all-time Capitals go 84-0?

It takes an outstanding six and some luck: the goalie carries the most weight, and one weak link drags the whole team down. The result screen shows the exact odds your lineup had of running the table.
